We have been to India in year 2017 with my family and it was a wonderful experience for lifetime. My Golden Triangle India Tour was hosted by India in my Mind. During the trip, we were offered a very good accommodation and delicious meals.
We landed on Delhi Airport and one of the representatives from the India in my mind came to receive us. He explained the tour itinerary briefly and asked us if we need anything else.
The tour started with the Delhi Sightseeing. We explored the Old Delhi major attractions which include Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk. We took rickshaw ride to explore the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk. Later, we travelled towards New Delhi where systematic structures are built. We explored Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate and President’s House. Our chauffeur was very friendly with us and guided us throughout the trip. In the evening, we had snacks on the street and just loved the spicy chaat.
Next morning, we headed towards Agra and transferred to the hotel. In Agra, we went for the sightseeing of the tourist places and explored Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Mehtab Garden and Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah. In the dinner, we had mughlai dishes.
Next day, we travelled towards the last destination of Delhi Agra Jaipur Tour and enroute we took a stop to explore Fatehpur Sikri, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. After arrival at Jaipur, we strolled through the local shops of Jaipur. I bought beautiful puppets and handicrafts. There were other shops selling leather products, mojdis, silver-gold ornaments and especially gems stones. Next morning, we started the sightseeing of Jaipur. We explored the Amber Fort by climbing up by taking elephant safari. It was an amazing experience. My elephant was decorated with traditional clothes. Later, we saw Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, Jantar Mantar and City Palace. In the dinner, we had the delicacies of Rajasthan- Dal-Bati-Churma. We also wanted to explore the ethnic village resort- Chokhi Dhani but due to insufficiency of time, we had to drop it to go there.
My kids enjoyed the Golden Triangle Holidays very much. Infact, we bought so much stuff and souvenir from India to cherish all the memories with us for lifetime.
