Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
Upon your arrival at Delhi Airport, our representative will escort you to your hotel. Post that, you will visit Red Fort (World Heritage Site), Jama Masjid (one of the largest mosques in India) and Chandni Chowk which is the heart of the heritage of the Indian traditional society. Here you will feel like it’s a different world altogether. The area is famous for some local shopping and you can give your taste buds some delicious food at Gali Paranthe Wali. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Please note the Red Fort is closed on every Monday.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
After your breakfast, you will visit the historical monuments- Qutub Minar(tallest stone tower in India and one of the UNESCO Heritage sites), The India Gate (war memorial belonging to colonial era), Rashtrapati Bhawan(official home of the President),Parliament House, Secretariat, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb and Water Show at Akshardham Temple(Swaminarayan Temple). Overnight stay at the hotel.
Please note Akshardham temple is closed on every Monday.
Day 3: Delhi-Agra (Distance 233 Kms)
Post breakfast, you will leave for Agra and transfer to your hotel. Your Agra trip will begin with Agra Fort which is also known as the Red Fort, one of the UNESCO Heritage sites. You will be mesmerized to see its style of architecture. Later, you will visit Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah also known as “Baby Taj”. Breathtaking work has been done on the marble dome and pillars. Next visit will be to Akbar’s Tomb, a historical piece of art. You may visit the local markets. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 4: Agra - Jaipur (Distance-240Kms)via Fatehpur Sikri
Early morning you will visit Taj Mahal where you can take beautiful pictures of the stunning sunrise. It is a white marble architecture which was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a symbol of love for his beloved wife. After having breakfast, the tour will continue to Fatehpur Sikri, which is famous for its amazing architectural design. Here, you will see the following landmarks -the 54 metre high Buland Darwaza(also known as "Gate of Magnificence”), Jama Mosque, Jodha Bai’s Palace, Tomb of Salim Chishti and Panch Mahal.
Please note the Taj Mahal is closed on every Friday.
You will be escorted to Jaipur (also known as the Pink City) and transferred to the hotel. You may visit the local market which is famous for handicrafts, gems, stones, jewelry, blue pottery etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast, you will proceed to Amber Fort to enjoy a royal ride on an elephant up the hill, to the entrance of the fort. These elephants are well-decorated with traditional clothes and jewelry. Please note it is important to reach early to avoid standing in the queue. Alternatively, Amber Fort is also open for tourists in the evening where you can enjoy the light and sound show, which is about the history of Rajputana Kingdom. Later you will visit Jal Mahal(a palace situated in the middle of a lake), Jantar Mantar (an astronomical observatory), City Palace and HawaMahal (also known as the Palace of Winds built with 953 small windows); Its purpose was to allow royal women to have a glance of street without being seen. You may visit Chokhi Dhani, a Village Resort which represents Rajasthan’s culture and tradition along with folk dances. Here you can relish the local cuisine- Dal Bati Churma. Overnight Stay at the hotel.
Day 6: Jaipur- Jodhpur (Distance-335 Kms)by car
After breakfast, you will proceed towards Jodhpur and transfer to your hotel. Jodhpur is also known as ‘Suncity’ or’ Bluecity’. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7: Jodhpur Sightseeing
Post breakfast, you will pay a visit to some magnificent architectures of Jodhpur which will include Mehrangarh fort (One of the largest fort in India); Umaid Bhawan Palace (a marvel built by Maharaja Umaid Singh of Rathore Dynasty, home of the former Jodhpur Royal family); Jaswant Ka Thada (a white marble memorial in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II) and Ghanta Ghar (known as Clock Tower). You may visit the local market in the evening and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8: Jodhpur-Udaipur (Distance-260 Kms)
Post breakfast, you will depart for Udaipur which is often called as the ”City of Lakes ” or "Venice of the East" and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy the Boat Ride at Pichola Lake with breathtaking scenic beauty. The Pichola Lake is an artificial freshwater lake surrounded by hills, embankments, bathing ghats, shrines and palaces. The lake was further expanded by Maharana Udai Singh II after the destruction was caused due to heavy rain. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 9: Udaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, your day will begin with Udaipur Sightseeing. You will look around some tourist places like the City Palace (The largest palace complex of Rajasthan, built over a period of 400 years); Saheliyon-Ki-Bari or the Garden of the Maids of Honour, possess some beautiful fountains and pools offering a splendid view. Later, we will pay a visit to Jagadish Temple. In the evening, we will look around another major destination of Udaipur- Fateh Sagar Lake which is an artificial lake surrounded by hills and woods, named after Maharana Fateh Singh. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 10: Udaipur-Delhi by air
Post breakfast, you will board a flight to Delhi for your onward journey cherishing beautiful memories of the tour for a lifetime.
